We are extremely courteous to our new Joinee from the first day itself. We arrange their desks and write welcome notes and introduce them to all employees so that they feel comfortable. A formal email of their arrival is sent to all for future references. Following that, we arrange for an induction program through which they are informed about our company profile and their role in our organization as a member. We have named this induction program as “Foundation Training” which lasts for a week so that they can feel at ease to start their career with us.
